YES\nFloat to other clinics: YES\nPatient Population: Mixed ortho\n36 hours guaranteed with the expectation of working up to 40 hours.\nOT must be approved by director before any OT hours are worked.\nProductivity expectation is 60 visits/ week; Will see 12-14 patients/day; Double-booking of follow up visits expected.
