Mercy-GoHealth Urgent Care is seeking a dedicated Physician to join our diverse and welcoming team in Joplin, MO. We offer flexible scheduling options, including full-time & part-time. What We Offer: Competitive compensation and a Signing Bonus (not available to physicians already employed by Mercy). Bonus structure including Daily Volume Bonus (paid monthly) based on patient metrics and Quarterly Bonus (up to 5% of base salary) based on patient satisfaction and quality. Minimum Qualifications: Board-certified/eligible in Family Medicine, Emergency Medicine, or Med/Peds. Experience treating patients of all ages.
