The Opportunity
We currently have an opportunity available for a US Sales Trainer with our Structural Heart team. The US Sales Trainer, Structural Heart is the primary driver of all new hire commercial training efforts with the US Commercial Operations Team. This role is remote and will report to the Global Head of Commercial Operations, Structural Heart.
The US Sales Trainer is responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining commercial training programs. This role ensures alignment with structural heart strategy and adapts to changes as necessary. This position requires close collaboration with multiple cross-functional partners, including marketing, sales leadership, field sales team members to ensure successful program implantation and alignment with corporate and structural heart business objectives.
This position will focus on new hire training, product launches, and other commercial initiatives across structural heart. Advancing sales acumen of the field sales team will be an essential part of this role, as will the onboarding of future Sales Managers to the curriculum. This role is responsible for sourcing relevant content, development of the training pathway, adoption of sales tools. The US Sales Trainer will conduct/facilitate training events and group/individual training as per the development roadmap and as needed. US travel will be required.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree.
Prior sales training management experience required; Minimum of 3 year.
Prior experience in medical devices required; Minimum of 7 years.
Ability to manage/prioritize multiple projects and adapt to a changing, fast-paced environment.
Must possess excellent oral and written communication skills.
Ability to travel internationally.
Strong presentation, verbal, written communication skills.
Highly skilled in collaboration.
Experience working in a matrixed business environment.
Experience working in a highly regulated and high-quality system environment. Compliance with governmental regulations is required.
Preferred Qualifications
Master’s Degree.
Ability to communicate in multiple languages preferred.
Demonstrated ability to define, refine and implement training processes, procedures and policies.
Proven proficiency in identifying, diagnosing, and resolving problems of all levels of complexity, prioritizing critical client issues and identifying department needs.
Ability to deliver high-quality training programs and present effectively in front of large audiences; Strong presentation skills are required.
Ability to administer the development initiatives, manage multiple projects, assess effectiveness, and implement a Learning Management System.
Ability to conduct research and creative analysis of development needs, and translate the results into actionable deliverables, messages, and presentations.
Strong interpersonal and team building skills; ability to work with a diverse team and influence/ drive change across functional and business boundaries.
Ability to develop recommendations and present concisely and clearly to senior leadership.
Successful track record of working effectively at all levels within the organization.
Business acumen: demonstrates strong interest in structural heart therapies, and related products.
Experience with systems such as Brainshark, Microsoft Office, Salesforce.com, Teams, Monday.com preferred.
