Now Hiring: Value Stream Manager

We’re looking for a Value Stream Manager who doesn’t just sit behind a desk — we need someone who leads from the front lines . If you're passionate about Lean manufacturing, know how to rally a team, and aren’t afraid to tackle problems head-on, this role is calling your name.

As the Value Stream Manager, you’ll own the performance of a production area — and that means Safety, Quality, and Delivery are all in your hands. You’ll be the go-to leader for your team, coaching them through challenges, driving improvements, and celebrating wins together.

Your days will be a mix of:

• Walking the floor and leading by example (this is not a desk job!)

• Running kaizen events, Gemba walks, and visual management like a Lean pro

• Solving root causes — not just symptoms

• Managing timekeeping in ADP, and adjusting plans in real time

• Coaching your team to greatness and helping them grow

• 5–6 years (or less, if you’re a rockstar!) of manufacturing leadership experience

• A deep knowledge of Lean tools, continuous improvement, and problem-solving

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (or equivalent experience)

• High energy, a no-excuses attitude, and a real commitment to team success

• Strong communication skills and the ability to motivate people at all levels

• Tech-savvy enough to use Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and present data clearly

Bonus points if:

• You’ve led kaizen events or coached a team through Lean transformation

• You’ve wrangled ADP for timekeeping like a champ

• You love coaching, developing talent, and making processes smoother every day
