Our Company is seeking a Corporate Recruiter that will be responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process to attract, source, and hire top talent for positions within the company, including warehouse, driver, sales, and administrative roles. This position partners closely with department managers to understand staffing needs and ensure timely and successful placement of qualified candidates who align with the company’s culture and operational requirements.

 

Corporate Recruiter Key Responsibilities:

  • Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage all phases of the recruitment process from job posting to onboarding, ensuring compliance with company policies and employment laws.
  • Talent Sourcing: Utilize job boards, social media, networking, and industry contacts to proactively source candidates for current and future openings.
  • Job Descriptions & Postings: Write and maintain accurate, appealing job descriptions and post them across relevant platforms.
  • Screening & Interviews: Review resumes, conduct phone screenings, coordinate and participate in interviews, and provide hiring recommendations to managers.
  • Hiring Coordination: Partner with hiring managers to schedule interviews, prepare offer letters, and facilitate pre-employment requirements (drug screens, background checks, DOT compliance for drivers, etc.).
  • Onboarding Support: Coordinate new hire onboarding, ensuring a smooth transition into the company, and assist with orientation activities.
  • Recruitment Metrics: Track and report recruitment activity, candidate pipelines, and time-to-fill statistics.
  • Networking: Build and maintain relationships with local workforce agencies, trade schools, and community organizations to support talent acquisition efforts.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve recruitment processes for efficiency and candidate experience.

Corporate Recruiter Requirements:

  • Education: High school diploma required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • Experience: 4+ years of recruitment experience, preferably in industrial, warehouse, transportation, or manufacturing environments. Experience recruiting for CDL drivers, warehouse workers, sales & corporate staff highly preferred.
  • Skills & Abilities:  Strong communication and interpersonal skills; Ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers; Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting tools; Knowledge of employment laws and hiring best practices; Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously.
