We’re seeking a talented Electrical Assembly Technician to take on hands-on, detail-oriented work in strain gage placement and transducer switch wiring. If you thrive in a clean, quality-focused environment and enjoy working with delicate parts under a microscope, this could be the perfect fit.

What You’ll Do as a Electrical Assembly Technician:

• Assemble and solder micro-miniature parts under a stereo microscope
• Work with ultra-fine wires, specialty adhesives, tweezers, and precision hand tools
• Follow blueprints, schematics, and Standard Work Instructions to ensure top-tier quality
• Perform high-dexterity, repetitive tasks with accuracy and consistency
• Maintain clean and FOD-sensitive work areas while meeting production timelines
• Collaborate with team members and cross-train in other assembly processes
• Commit to continuous improvement and take pride in your craftsmanship

What You Bring as a Electrical Assembly Technician:

• 5+ years of hands-on electrical assembly experience using a microscope
• Skilled in J-STD-001 soldering and IPC-A-610 inspection standards (preferred)
• Ability to read technical documents: schematics, layouts, drawings, and BOMs
• Excellent manual dexterity, strong attention to detail, and process discipline
• High school diploma or equivalent; basic computer literacy
• Background in aerospace, medical devices, or precision electronics is a plus
