The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in the Human Resources department, offering support across various HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, insurance claims management, and general HR duties. This role demands a proactive individual who is ready to contribute to the smooth running of HR operations within the construction industry. Day to day duties: Handling recruitment and onboarding, managing insurance claims, and assisting with filing and other HR tasks. Source, screen, and interview candidates for various positions within the company. Coordinate and conduct new hire orientations and onboarding processes, ensuring a smooth transition for new employees. Assist with handling and processing employee insurance claims efficiently and accurately, liaising with insurance providers to resolve any issues. Maintain up-to-date records of all insurance claims and related documentation. Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures. Provide support in employee relations, including conflict resolution and performance management. Conduct regular HR audits to ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies. Manage employee records and ensure data accuracy in HR systems. Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth. Support payroll processing and benefits administration, ensuring compliance with all labor laws. Requirements: MUST have multi-state experience Strong understanding of HR processes, including recruitment, onboarding, and general HR duties. Familiarity with handling insurance claims is a plus. Construction terminology and knowledge are a plus.
