Job Description

About Us

We are a Miami-based, entrepreneurial-lead, quality-first, cocktail mixer and garnish company, with a line of products that are served by the best bars, restaurants and hotels in the world. We believe that the details matter and the people here at Filthy don’t just produce and sell products; we are obsessed with making the drinks people love, better.

Role Overview

Filthy is seeking an experienced and hands-on Inventory Specialist to manage and optimize our inventory systems and processes. In this role, you will ensure that our raw materials and finished goods are accounted for accurately, available when needed, and aligned with our production and sales demand.

This role requires supporting our supply chain, partnering with procurement, production, and logistics teams to keep operations running smoothly and efficiently. The ideal candidate is organized, analytical, and thrives in a dynamic environment. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate records of all inventory transactions, including receipts, transfers, and adjustments.
  • Monitor inventory levels across all storage locations to ensure stock accuracy and availability.
  • Coordinate regular cycle counts and full physical inventories.
  • Investigate and reconcile inventory discrepancies.
  • Analyze inventory data to identify trends, optimize stock levels, and prevent overstock or stockouts.
  • Collaborate with production and procurement to forecast inventory needs based on sales and production planning.
  • Manage inbound and outbound inventory processes, including inspections and labeling.
  • Ensure proper storage, rotation, and handling of raw materials and finished goods.
  • Track inventory KPIs and develop reporting tools for internal use.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements within the inventory system.
  • Assist in system upgrades, process documentation, and training as needed.

What You Bring to the Table

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred; relevant experience in inventory, logistics, or supply chain management will also be considered.
  • 1–3 years of inventory management experience in a fast-paced, product-based environment.
  • Proficiency with inventory management software and MS Office (Excel, Word, etc.)
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-moving environment.
  • Clear communication and collaboration skills.
  • Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with a willingness to get hands-on.
