Williamsburg, West Village, NoMad, Nashville (Wedgewood Houston, South Gulch), and Austin, with

more sites slated to open in 2025 and the years ahead.

Position Summary:

As a part of the on-site team at The Malin Flatiron, your role is integral to supporting the business

through hospitable interactions, engaging with the member community. promoting The Malin’s offerings, and working with the on-site team to achieve site-specific goals.

An ideal candidate will have a passion for exceptional hospitality and a strong desire to develop an

understanding of the comprehensive business. This role presents a great opportunity for accelerated

growth and progression during an exciting time for an early-stage company.

In this role, you will:

  • Champion The Malin’s brand, amenities, and services to provide an elevated, personalized level of hospitality to all members
  • Maintain immaculate standards for the space, ensuring a seamless operation and member experience.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for members and guests at The Malin.
  • Support sales goals through membership acquisitions, meeting room reservations, and on-site events.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary resource to members for on-site support, demonstrating a deep knowledge of The Malin brand and its offerings
  • Build relationships with all members, understanding their unique needs and work styles to tailor solutions for them as needed, encouraging repeat business and referrals.
  • Oversee the maintenance of the space at large, monitoring volume, appropriate use of the space, and maintaining impeccable standards of cleanliness with the goal of providing a positive experience.
  • Deliver best-in-class service, including accurate and timely communication for incoming inquiries, bookings, and support-requests.
  • Manage conference room bookings, event buyouts, and related requests.
  • Assist with troubleshooting technical, operational, or facilities-related issues as needed

Benefits:

  • $52,000k annual salary
  • Healthcare: Company-sponsored medical, dental, vision, ADD, and LTD coverage (FSA & HSA options available.)
