Job Description:
We are seeking a Python - Jenga UI Consultant to join our team. This role involves working closely with our development teams to provide expert guidance, ensuring the quality and functionality of UI solutions using the Jenga framework. While this is not a hands-on coding position, the ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of Python and UI development, as well as experience in consulting and auditing teams to ensure best practices are followed.
Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate and improve UI applications built using Jenga.
• Conduct audits of development projects to ensure adherence to coding standards, UI/UX guidelines, and performance benchmarks.
• Provide actionable feedback and recommendations for UI enhancements and technical improvements.
• Act as a subject matter expert for Python-based UI development using Jenga.
• Facilitate knowledge-sharing sessions and workshops.
• Prepare detailed reports on findings and suggest strategies for optimizing UI performance and user experience.

• Strong understanding of Python and UI development frameworks, with specific experience or familiarity with Jenga.
• Experience in a consultant or advisory role, providing feedback and guidance to development teams.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Knowledge of UI/UX best practices and accessibility standards.
• Strong organizational and reporting skills.

• Prior experience in conducting technical audits or code reviews.
• Experience in cross-functional collaboration across design, product, and engineering teams.
• Familiarity with performance optimization techniques for web-based applications.
