Salesforce Consultant Position Cervello is seeking an innovative and passionate Salesforce Consultant to join our growing Salesforce practice. Responsibilities include working with clients to design and configure the Salesforce.com solution based on client needs, while managing overall aspects of the project. Responsibilities Lead work sessions with Salesforce.com customers and team members to understand needs, define requirements, and business processes. Design and prototype the Salesforce.com application based on client needs. Configure and customize Salesforce.com Sales, Service, Community, and Marketing Cloud applications. Analyze data, create field mappings, and execute data migration. Assist in creating use and test cases, and facilitate or participate in system testing. Design and deliver end-user training. Required Skills and Experience Bachelor's degree in Business, MIS, Computer Science, or a related field. Salesforce.com certifications such as Salesforce Administrator, Sales/Service Cloud Consultant, Marketing Cloud, or Developer. Strong customer-facing, verbal, and written communication skills. Experience with Agile project methodologies. 1-3 years of experience administering or developing on Salesforce.com, including managing user setup, profiles, roles, security, customizing objects, creating reports and dashboards, and data import/export. Understanding of sales, service, and marketing processes and industry best practices. Experience with the software development life cycle and enterprise integrations, with knowledge of Salesforce API being a plus. Ability to develop and deploy custom end-user systems and provide guidance on implementation best practices. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
