Job Description

Our client, a rapidly growing company in the IT industry, is seeking a highly skilled Temporary Technical Recruiter to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to their dynamic growth and success.

Position: Temporary Technical Recruiter

Location: Irving, TX (on-site)

Duration: 6-12 months

Pay: $70-$90 per hour

Years of Experience: 8-10 years

The Temporary Technical Recruiter will play a crucial role in sourcing and recruiting top talent for our client. This role requires a high-volume, results-driven approach, with a strong emphasis on both active and passive candidate sourcing, cold calling, and selling job opportunities. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a startup mentality and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

•Source and recruit candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.

•Conduct cold calls to potential candidates and sell job opportunities effectively.

•Manage the full recruitment cycle, from initial contact to offer negotiation and onboarding.

•Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.

•Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.

•Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools to manage candidate information and track progress.

•Provide an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Requirements:

•8-10 years of experience in technical recruiting, with a focus on high-volume recruitment.

•Prior experience recruiting for financial services, tech, fintech, or asset management companies is required.

•Excellent sourcing skills, with the ability to identify and engage top talent.

•Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.

•Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

•Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.

•A startup mentality, with a proactive and results-driven approach to recruitment.
