Nuvance Health-GoHealth Urgent Care is seeking an Urgent Care Physician for full-time positions in Fairfield County, CT. The role involves treating both adult and pediatric patients with acute episodic conditions such as sore throats, colds, flu-like symptoms, cuts, sprains, and minor infections. Physicians must have excellent assessment skills to recognize serious conditions and refer patients to emergency care when necessary, while delivering an exceptional patient experience. The position offers competitive compensation ($125 - $155/hour), a robust benefits package including 401(k), PTO, CME, flexible scheduling averaging 12 rotating shifts per month, and work in state-of-the-art centers with advanced EMR integrated with Nuvance Health. Physicians will receive mentoring and support, and have opportunities for bonuses based on daily volume and quarterly performance metrics. Minimum qualifications include board certification in Family Medicine, Med-Peds, or Emergency Medicine, at least 1 year of full-time urgent care or emergency medicine experience, experience treating all ages, and comfort with minor procedures and preliminary reads on EKGs and X-rays.
