Group/Division The Office of the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) plays a critical role in developing advanced long-range technology. We are engaged in the research and development process, and once the technology is mature, we partner with product engineering groups who then build products based on the technology we’ve developed. Job Description/Preferred Qualifications Requirements and Responsibilities Experience in analytical chemistry methods such as chromatography, spectroscopy, and mass spectroscopy in a customer facing environment. Experience with tuning and operating GCMS and analyzing sophisticated data. Analysis, interpretation, and presentation of data using physics principles to help drive technology development roadmaps. Proactive colleague with strong interpersonal skills, a hands-on approach, and the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts both in writing and verbally. Preferred Experience Understanding of surface chemistry and surface analysis methods such as AFM, WLI, SEM, XPS, GDMS. Prior experience in working with lasers and understanding of optics. Minimum Qualifications Doctorate (Academic) Degree and 0 years related work experience; Master's Level Degree and related work experience of 3 years; Bachelor's Level Degree and related work experience of 5 years. Base Pay Range: $130,400.00 - $221,700.00 Annually.
