L&L Collective is the only fun marketing agency that makes outsourced marketing easy. We’re a small but mighty team of creatives passionate about amplifying our clients’ presence and achieving measurable results. We’re looking for a highly motivated self-starter to join our growing team.

We leave our egos at the door, and we hope you do too. We need a designer who can create beautiful branding  and isn’t above jumping into a Squarespace site or designing a Canva post. This role calls for someone versatile, collaborative, and ready to contribute from day one.

As our new designer, you’ll:

• Collaborate with the Project Manager to manage timelines and keep client deliverables on track.
• Design visually stunning branding concepts that tell a story and fit each client’s unique vibe.
• Create and update Squarespace websites, ensuring they’re polished, functional, and client-ready.
• Whip up scroll-stopping social media posts in Canva (bonus if you can sprinkle in some magic).
• Support our current designer by taking on overflow tasks—because teamwork makes the dream work.
• Help develop pitch decks, presentations, and marketing collateral that  wow our clients.
• Stay on top of design trends and bring fresh, creative ideas to the table (we love a good brainstorm).
• Keep files and assets organized so our projects run like a well-oiled machine.
• Occasionally hop on client calls or brainstorming sessions to share your creative expertise.
• Be flexible and ready to pivot when the marketing gods (or clients) demand it.
